Trutec Oy’s optimized hall package for a construction company
The Päivölä retail area in Seinäjoki expanded significantly after the completion of new premises in the area between K-Citymarket and Tokmanni.
WasaGroup Oy was responsible for the project development of the retail space expansion, and Peab Oy was the main contractor for the project.
Trutec Oy operates as a subcontractor for Peab Oy as a hall package supplier. The complex includes over 5,000m2 of retail space.
The business premises expansion was completed to accommodate new operators in Seinäjoki: Jula, 157 Lager and Dogman.
