The steel-framed production hall was implemented quickly and efficiently
Trutec Oy built a production hall and office space for RTA-Metalli Oy in Saarijärvi, covering over 3,000 m2. RTA-Metalli Oy serves its customers as a reliable subcontractor for the metal industry and welding machine shop production. The construction project for the new production facilities and machinery is the largest investment in the company’s history, amounting to approximately 8 million euros.
The steel-framed production hall has a total of 4 bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons, which enable the safe handling of long and heavy parts. The hall has welding points and plenty of assembly space.
Trutec Oy took care of the construction project from design to installation.
Trutec Oy was involved in the project right from the design phase.
Trutec Oy was already involved in the project planning phase of RTA Metalli Oy’s new production facility, assembled a cost-effective design team and, in cooperation with the developers, carried out the entire project within the specified overall budget and schedule.

The project was implemented on a tight schedule: installation work began last winter and the doors of the production facility opened in the spring of 2024.
Installation work began in the fall in mid-October and floor work in the hall began in early December. The early arrival of winter brought its own challenges, which were overcome with honor. The project was handed over on May Day -24 and production started by the developers before the summer.
