The commercial and residential apartment building in the center of Seinäjoki received a striking exterior after its predecessor served it with respect for almost six decades. Aluminum composite panels and aluminum decorative moldings were installed on the building’s surface. In the design of the building, known as the Tower House, it was important to maintain the same general appearance as before the renovation.
The architect for the project was Arkkitehtitoimisto Jääskeläinen Oy. The renovation was planned in collaboration with the city architect in accordance with the planning regulations of the city of Seinäjoki.
