Industrial hall for Evijärvi
Trutec’s hall package was erected in Evijärvi on a short schedule
Trutec Oy delivered a hall package to Kuormatie 4 in Evijärvi. The hall has an area of 900 m2.
The hall is used by three different operators: Urakointi Paalanen Oy for the maintenance hall, JuJuCOM Oy for the cleaning service facilities, and Pihatyö Perkkalainen Ky for the heavy equipment laundry. The companies also act as the project developers. Rakennusliike Reijo Palosaari Oy was involved in the project management of the industrial hall Kuormatie 4.

Installation work began in early winter 2023, week 49. In December, the base castings were completed and the steel frame and plinths were installed. The exterior wall elements and the waterproof roof were installed in January, when the entire hall package was erected. Later in the spring, the waterproof roof surface felt and folding doors were installed.
Trutec Oy’s comprehensive design-manufacturing-installation delivery enabled the industrial hall to be put into operation quickly and smoothly.
