Lohja Auto Clinic
The Auto Clinic in Tynninharju, Lohja, completed in May 2023, offers excellent business premises and a framework for car maintenance and repair services.
Trutec began delivering the hall package in December 2022 and the work progressed on schedule to completion. The frame, plinths and external wall panels were installed in four weeks, including the cladding, sometimes in very challenging weather conditions. The seams of the panel installations were sealed as the installation progressed. This avoided tedious post-drying.
The volume of the site is 11,450 m3 and it covers versatile maintenance and repair facilities for vehicles.
WasaCo acted as the main contractor for the project, and dealings with the company’s site personnel and project manager went smoothly.
