Pentisol Oy, which manufactures aerosol products for industrial operators, is building a hall in Järvenpää using the TR-Contract model. In the model, the hall package forms a fixed-price entity, and the other parts of the construction contract are planned, tendered and managed as a project management service by Trutec Oy.
For the customer, this means a transparent, controlled and high-quality whole: costs, schedule and responsibilities are clearly managed, but at the same time the different work phases can be competitively tendered effectively in the interest of the project.

TR Contract in a nutshell
In addition to delivering the hall package, Trutec acts as the project coordinator for the entire construction project. This means that Trutec guides the design, tenders other contracts, and ensures that the entire project progresses on schedule and stays within budget.
