The maintenance hall has a wash hall and a repair hall, separated by a partition wall. The repair shop hall also has space for storage shelves.
The office, break and social spaces are designed on two floors.
The ground floor houses the employees’ break and social facilities. It is possible to place either an open-plan office or office rooms and a conference room on the upper floor.
