A hall package tailored to the construction company
The business hall offers efficient, functional and modern premises for business operations in a good location.
The premises were built in Järvenpää’s Tempo for three different operators. The first floor has a space of just over 3,000 m2 and there is a total of almost 300 square meters of office space on the second floor at both ends of the hall. The free interior height at ground level is 7.5 m, with the height of the lifting doors being four meters.
The company’s own equipment center moved from its current rented premises to the hall built by Varte Oy. The hall is divided into three almost equal parts, one part of which is for Varte’s equipment center and the other two are available for use by operators in the area, says Pasi Blom, work manager at Varte Oy.
Processed operations are reflected in efficiency on the construction site
The Järvenpää Tempo site was the first joint project with Trutec Oy. Varte Oy had considered various implementation options for the project and Trutec Oy had emerged as a potential construction partner.
In this project, bundling subcontracts into a larger entity for a specialized full-service supplier proved to be a very effective way to operate.
Blom says that Trutec Oy’s operations and processes are so refined and work seamlessly, that Varte Oy has been able to take this into account by reducing its own resource allocations, e.g. in terms of management.
“The whole thing has gone really well,” says Varten’s Pasi Blom succinctly.

The project manager for the project was Juhani Luhtala from Trutec Oy.
At the time of the photo shoot, the lifting doors included in the delivery of the project were still waiting to be installed. The lifting doors were installed after the floors were poured.
