Trutec Oy has acquired all Trutec Oy shares previously held by Kapcon Oy through an agreed transaction dated March 13, 2025. Kapcon Oy is a company owned by Jukka Kapela.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jukka Kapela became a shareholder and CEO of Trutec Oy at the beginning of 2020. Under Jukka\u2019s leadership, Trutec\u2019s turnover has increased fivefold \u2014 in 2024, the company\u2019s revenue reached EUR 26.5 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen Jukka joined the company, his task was to drive growth \u2014 and he succeeded,\u201d says Chairman of the Board Tero Pellinen. Pellinen also wishes to thank Kapela for his contribution to the company\u2019s success, which, together with the employees, has elevated Trutec to a new level.<\/p>\n

Jukka Kapela describes the development and growth of Trutec Oy as an interesting and motivating challenge in his career. \u201cAt this point, I wish to thank everyone for the five-year journey we have shared at Trutec Oy and will now look forward to new challenges,\u201d says Kapela.<\/p>\n

The company will continue into its next strategic period under new leadership. CEO Anssi M\u00e4kel\u00e4, who took over the reins last year, will continue in his role, notes Tero Pellinen.<\/p>\n
